How to start receiving TLC HomeCarec All TLC care is coordinated through your primary care physician. We will contact your physician and obtain the necessary orders to begin the in-home assessment. If you don't currently have a primary care doctor, we will be happy to suggest one. We can even refer you to a local physician who will arrange to make visits in your home! You
can ask your physician to refer you to TLC HomeCare or you can ask us
to contact your physician on your behalf. Sometimes,
referrals are made by the hospital or rehab facility. Just tell
them you would like to be referred to TLC HomeCare for your home
health needs. Remember, you have the right to choose which
agency you would like to receive your home health care from.
